This five-unit condo project in Potrero Hill steps with the hillside, creating three distinct “towers” with rooftop decks, large windows, and sweeping bay views. A corner lot allowed for bay windows and daylight on three sides. We reimagined the bay window typology to be more dynamic and responsive to the site—angled to maximize natural light and southern views.
By reworking the adjacent city lot with minor grading and new drought-tolerant plantings, we extended our design vision beyond the property line—creating a more cohesive and welcoming corner for the neighborhood.
Interior spaces are shaped by light and connection—each one oriented to take advantage of sun, sky, and surrounding views. By aligning the building forms with natural light patterns, we were able to create interiors that feel open, calm, and grounded. Materials are modern but timeless, selected to age well and support everyday living with a quiet sense of clarity.
